ShuttlEclipse is a web design and development business based in Tyler, TX. We build and maintain websites for small businesses. When you use our website or client portal, you may share personal information with us — this policy explains how we handle it.

What we collect

Contact form

When you submit a project inquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), project description, and budget range. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Chat widget (Nova)

Our site includes an AI-powered chat assistant called Nova. Messages you send in the chat are processed to generate responses. If your messages contain contact information such as an email address or phone number, that information — along with the conversation — may be sent to us so we can follow up with you. We do not use chat transcripts for advertising or sell them to third parties.

Client portal

If you become a client and create an account at app.shuttleclipse.com, we collect:

• Account credentials (name, email, hashed password)
• Business and project details you provide during onboarding
• Files and assets you upload for your project
• Billing information — payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

How we use your information

• To respond to project inquiries
• To deliver the services you have hired us for
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to your project (status updates, invoices, approvals)

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for uploaded project assets.
• Anthropic — powers the Nova chat assistant. Messages sent in chat are processed by Anthropic's API.

These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function.

Cookies and sessions

The marketing site (shuttleclipse.com) does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The client portal (app.shuttleclipse.com) uses session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary and are not used to track you across other sites.

Data retention

Contact form inquiries are retained for business records. Client account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
